As Business Analyst, you will:

• implement Odoo. You'll be in direct contact with the clients to help them with the good use of Odoo Software (eCommerce,  Manufacturing,  Inventory,  Project,  Website...) . Therefore, you will analyse their needs and deliver personal training sessions. Basically, you'll be responsible to deliver the best management solution to your customers! 
• you will also support the growth of our partner network. You will help & coach our partners, from all around the world, to implement their customers projects and to become Odoo Experts.

As an Odoo Implementer, you will be responsible for implementing Odoo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solutions for clients across various industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure and customize the Odoo system to meet their needs, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of the software. Your role will involve analyzing business processes, designing and documenting system workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions using Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Interact with clients to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement using Odoo. Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the Odoo system to meet client requirements, including setting up modules, creating custom fields, workflows, and reports. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user manuals, and system documentation.
• Project Management: Plan and execute Odoo implementation projects, including defining project scope, creating project plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets, and monitoring project progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Training and Support: Provide training to clients on how to effectively use Odoo software, including conducting user training sessions, creating training materials, and providing ongoing support. Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that Odoo software is configured correctly, meets business requirements, and functions properly. Identify and resolve issues and bugs, and work with the development team to resolve technical issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Odoo software and continuously improve your knowledge of Odoo modules and functionalities. Share best practices and provide feedback for process improvements and system enhancements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing and configuring Odoo ERP software for clients.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows in various industries.
• Familiarity with Odoo modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, and HR.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Python programming and Odoo technical customization is a plus.
• Odoo certification is a plus.

A 2D Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating custom explainer videos as part of our client’s digital strategies.
The role requires working independently but in close collaboration with other team members and the ability to work quickly with attention to detail and an eye for quality and aesthetics.

The internship is remote.

Responsibilities

• Video creation from concept to storyboarding to animation
• Conceptualize, visualize and storyboard scripts, animations and visual images for custom explainer videos
• Produce a variety of animated/motion graphics
• Modify and/or rework existing motion graphic assets
• Collaboration with internal cross-function teams (project managers, writers and lead designers)

Requirements

• 2D motion graphics/animation experience
• Excellent command of the Adobe package with an emphasis on Adobe Illustrator (to create storyboards) and After Effects (for animation)
• Strong knowledge of basic animation principles
• Ability to follow style guidelines, concept art and direction provided by other team members
• Ability to provide creative solutions to solve challenges
