As an Odoo Implementer, you will be responsible for implementing Odoo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solutions for clients across various industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure and customize the Odoo system to meet their needs, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of the software. Your role will involve analyzing business processes, designing and documenting system workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions using Odoo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Interact with clients to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement using Odoo. Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the Odoo system to meet client requirements, including setting up modules, creating custom fields, workflows, and reports. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user manuals, and system documentation.
- Project Management: Plan and execute Odoo implementation projects, including defining project scope, creating project plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets, and monitoring project progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Training and Support: Provide training to clients on how to effectively use Odoo software, including conducting user training sessions, creating training materials, and providing ongoing support. Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that Odoo software is configured correctly, meets business requirements, and functions properly. Identify and resolve issues and bugs, and work with the development team to resolve technical issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Odoo software and continuously improve your knowledge of Odoo modules and functionalities. Share best practices and provide feedback for process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing and configuring Odoo ERP software for clients.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows in various industries.
• Familiarity with Odoo modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, and HR.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Python programming and Odoo technical customization is a plus.
• Odoo certification is a plus.
